SitScape recently sponsored and exhibited at the AFCEA’s “Joint Warfighter IT Day” conference held on September 12th at the Sheraton Premiere in Tyson’s Corner, VA. It was an exciting event that gave us additional opportunities to engage directly with senior leaders of the DoD and to continue our support of mission commands and defense initiatives. We were able to showcase some of SitScape’s most dynamic features with face-to-face presentations for various DoD leaders and DoD support personnel.
The conference’s opening keynote speaker was ADM James Winnefeld, Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and keynote speaker was LTG Mark Bowman, Director C4, CIO, Joint Staff, J6/CIO. Both discussed the needs and challenges that the DoD faces currently and those that they expect to face in the future as well as ways in which new, technological advancements should and can meet changing priorities and demands.
In that context, we were able to demonstrate and discuss how SitScape’s capabilities and technology make it an innovative, agile, and scalable software solution – critical to the JIE vision and the success of DoD missions.
